20th Anniversary European tour with Fabio Mittino was confirmed today. Our first concert is confirmed and we will add several more dates in Europe for the week of March 22. 
Also, today I received a first photo of the construction of my new archtop guitar from Theo Scharpach. The binding still needs to be applied to the top. The neck is partially finished, with 12th fret inlay in the fretboard. It’s a beauty!

In anticipation of my upcoming recording of an album with music by Bach, I revamped my website. The album will be a follow-up of my 2006 Nascent release: transcripts for steel string guitar, played with a plectrum.
The big difference(and challenge) will be some of the more polyphonic material: three fugues from the lute suites. It takes a lot more practice to learn those pieces than the more monophonic Preludes I recorded before. I am planning to record spring/summer of 2026 at strangetree studios in California with my good friends Liza and JP Durand. They recorded my Nascent album some 20 years ago and they are excited to help me record the next album.
I will play a guitar built especially for this project by Theo Scharpach in the Netherlands. It will be a 16 inch traditional archtop with short 25 inch scale and a cutaway.
I’m looking forward to publishing a donation page to offset the cost of travel, stay, and recording/editing/mastering for five days in Los Angeles.
